This level of care is for those needing a short rehabilitation or nursing stay in order to transition back to their prior level of care.

We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and respiratory therapy up to 7 days a week. We also utilize our Spark Rehab Program to personalize your stay and get you home sooner.
